It may take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout and only ship Monday to Friday excluding weekends and holidays. 

Please allow 2 to 14 business days for EU domestic shipping, and up to 21 business days for international shipping.

Once you've placed your order, please allow up to 24 hours to receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We are not accountable for any delays caused by the carrier. Note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Tracking: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 2 days for the tracking information to show.

Taxes and Duties: Customers that put a billing and shipping address outside of the European Union are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and cannot be refunded by Lolly Locks since we do not collect them. Shipments going outside of the European Union do not have fees added to the item's price listed on Lolly Locks website.
